ShaniReels is an AI-powered video generation and breakout effects platform that allows users to create short-form video content for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

ShaniReels offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real individuals
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activity
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier through multiple accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the original content you upload to ShaniReels. For content generated using our AI tools, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the generated content for personal and commercial purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khanal PVT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. AI video generation times may vary depending on server load and demand. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
